Does the online platform Learner Link offer compatibility with Apple devices?2023-08-29T14:08:49+10:00

Certain subjects require software that exclusively operates on the Windows platform. Due to this requirement, we strongly recommend using a Windows-based computer. Although students may be able to perform most activities using a Mac OS X computer, it is important to note that it is not fully supported.

Do I need a printer or scanner?2023-08-29T14:09:07+10:00

Yes. Each family requires a printer and scanner. Scanners must be capable of scanning to a PDF document. This hardware enables resources to be printed as required, and completed work to be scanned for submission.

Internet

Do we require internet connection to complete coursework?2023-08-29T13:59:24+10:00

Yes, throughout the duration of the course, students will frequently need the internet to access online learning materials, download files, participate in online chat sessions, submit assessments, and download video content. A dependable broadband internet connection is essential. To test whether the internet connection is sufficient go to speedtest.net and run the test. A download speed of at least 1000 kbps (1.0 Mbps), and an upload speed of 256 kbps (0.25 Mbps) is required. Data caps above 15GB are recommended.
