Why Study Certificate I in Hospitality?

This subject is designed to enable students to achieve a broad understanding of the Hospitality industry and to develop skills and attitudes that underpin employment in the Hospitality industry.  This course leads into a Certificate II in Hospitality and a Certificate II in Kitchen Operations in Years 11 and 12.

What do the Students learn?

Students learn through both theoretical and practical learning experiences.  Most weeks students will be involved in practical sessions.  The students are encouraged to develop decision making and problem solving strategies in order to enhance the development of effective decision making skills.
