Our Year 9 Middle Phase and Year 12 Senior School College Captains had the wonderful opportunity to travel north and visit one of our fellow CCM schools, Whitsunday Christian College.
It was a short but sweet visit filled with connection, collaboration and plenty of fun! Our students had the opportunity to meet and interact with Whitsunday’s school captains and student leaders, as well as connect with students across the College during lunchtime. They also enjoyed a tour of the College, led by our very own Nola-Louise Rasmussen, who is now serving as Head of Students at Whitsunday Christian College.
Throughout the experience, our students were encouraged to reflect on what it means to lead with humility, serve others and use their influence to make a positive difference. It was a wonderful reminder that Godly leadership is not about being in charge, but about serving others, leading by example and reflecting Christ in the way we care for those around us.
