Intermediate Parent Teacher Interviews

The Primary Parent Teacher Interviews are scheduled to take place on Monday and Tuesday of Week 10. However, as we are currently following health advice regarding COVID-19, our interviews will be adjusted to telephone sessions rather than face-to-face meetings. This will enable families to remain at home while still being informed about their child’s learning progress. The phone interviews will take place at the same time which families previously selected to meet their child’s teacher and these will remain 10 minute sessions. Therefore, we encourage families to support all teachers in keeping conversations within this timeframe in order for other calls to be made within the set time. Should you require more time to discuss your child’s progress, please book in a meeting with the teacher on an alternative day.
This week, Primary teachers will be making contact with families to confirm phone booking times and current contact details. If you wish to be contacted on a different phone number to the details on our current system, please advise the teachers to ensure that you do not miss out on your interview session.
Furthermore, you will receive your child’s Term 1 Progress Statement report via email by the end of this week. This report will contain evidence of your child’s learning progress in different subjects, including some general advice from the teacher. We encourage all families to peruse this document before the initial phone interview as conversations will be based on the Progress Statement report.
