Term 4 and beyond
It has been encouraging in recent weeks to hear of the views parents and carers in our community have shared through the 2021 Parent and Carer Suggestions Survey (survey available until September 17). Feedback opportunities such as this assist our College leaders in their planning for the coming years and help us respond to parent suggestions in this season when face-to-face forums are difficult to plan. Please contribute your ideas if you have yet to respond, as all responses are being considered by College leaders.
Just as the College leaders are fully engaged in future planning, we understand that families will also be making plans for 2022 at this time which impacts their school journey. Presently many of our 2022 year levels are enrolling final students for classes or building wait-lists for those wishing to join the College. We strongly encourage anyone planning to apply for enrolment, such as those with younger students for Prep, to contact the office urgently to avoid disappointment.
If you are an existing family and know your circumstances will change for 2022, please contact our Enrolments team as soon as possible to discuss your plans. Our Enrolment Contract requires families to give 10 weeks (one term) of notice if departing. This ensures students on the wait-list have sufficient time to confirm their enrolment and allows a smooth transition for departing and arriving students which is beneficial for their learning journey.
If you are unsure of financial circumstances in 2022 and wish to speak with our staff about your accounts, please make time to speak with the Fees team about your situation. The 2022 fees schedule will soon be available, and the team can speak with parents or carers who have circumstances that impact the payment of fees.
The Enrolments and Fees staff are both contactable through the general phone line, or via email. Please make contact as soon as practical if you would like support from either team as you prepare for 2022.
