Chapel occurred on Monday, November 16 with Intermediate Phase students at the MPC on campus 1. This week, our specialist teachers shared the biblical story of Esther, to encourage us to put our hope in God. The memory verse for the week was from Esther 4:14, “And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this.”

Our assemblies occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, with Intermediate Phase students receiving their weekly awards, ‘Encouragement,’ ‘Student of the Week’, ‘Player of the Week’ and ‘Homework Hero.’ Congratulations to Sarah from 3H for receiving the ‘Homework Hero’ award for her diligence in completing tasks at home. Special mention to 5H students for receiving the ‘Class of the Week’ award, for their great behaviour and engagement in activities during the recent Year 5 Camp! Congratulations to Tracey from 6M and Heilala from 5M who were awarded ‘Player of the Week’! Students received updates on upcoming events such as the Year 6 Mini Fete on Friday, November 27. Please note that our weekly chapel at campus 1 will not occur on Monday, November 23 with students starting on campus 2 and chapel activities occurring in classrooms.
