This term, Arts and Craft Club have enjoyed creating and designing various pieces of art work. Our students from Years 3-6 made their own sets of The Very Hungry Caterpillar felt characters to pass on to the prep students. This was to celebrate their love of reading and a gift for each prep class for book week. Last week our students collected various natural materials and recreated a famous artwork with living things. The art works were dried and made into a a sculpture on paper which each student, was proud of. To finish off our term of art and craft, our Intermediate students will design their own murals which will be painted on the whiteboards of our campus 2 buildings. They will focus on the Bible and the statement, ‘I am a student who is:’ Respectful, Responsible, Resourceful and Resilient.
