On Monday, September 14, Intermediate Phase students had their weekly chapel event in the MPC. Our specialist teachers presented the message, ‘You Belong’, through some interactive games and a drama item which some of our students also participated in. The key scripture was from Romans 12:5, ‘So we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.’

Our assembly occurred on Tuesday morning, with Intermediate Phase students receiving their weekly awards, ‘Encouragement’ and ‘Student of the Week’. Special mention to 6M for receiving the ‘Class of the Week’ award, for their outstanding work on their Project-Based Learning (PBL) booklets! The ‘Homework Hero’ award for diligence in completing tasks at home went to Emmet in 4C. Students received updates on events such as the Intermediate Athletics Carnival held on Thursday, September 17.

Thanks to all families for their ongoing support of the College and attendance at the Learning Journey conference evening. It was wonderful to see so many families participate in this event and celebrate their child’s learning journey across 2020. We would like to take the opportunity to wish all our families a safe and restful holiday break.
