On Monday, June 22, we will be having our school photos taken. Year 3 students will be required to meet their teachers in the Foundation Undercover area, on campus 1. Students in Years 4, 5 and 6 will begin their day on campus 2 and will be shuttled across for their photographs, and returned back to their classrooms afterwards. For more information, please refer to the School Photo Day blog on our College Website. Order forms have been sent home for parents to complete. Please speak to your child’s classroom teacher if you require an additional copy. The completed forms need to be brought back to school on the photo day as students will be required to give these directly to the photographers. We encourage parents to check if any new uniform items are required prior to Monday, June 22. Currently, uniform items can still be purchased from our Uniform shop by contacting the office. Classroom teachers will also be communicating with parents regarding uniform matters via the school diary.

We thank all families who have been assisting us in ensuring ‘Drop and Go’ measures are implemented during the mornings and afternoons. We encourage the use of the pedestrian crossing when accessing the internal carpark area.

Thank you to all families who have been committed to supporting their child’s reading skills daily. Building these solid habits of reading and rehearsing comprehension questions each night has clear benefits in improving student reading abilities. Over the last couple of weeks, teachers and students have been completing their reading diagnostic testing. If you notice your child is struggling with their reading skills or alternatively require further reading extension tasks, please speak to the classroom teacher for effective strategies.
