On Wednesday, November 20, Susan and Curtis from Young Engineers came to visit Year 5 students in their classrooms. Their goals was to teach them about robotics and the way that we are seeing them influence society in the 21st century. The students then had an opportunity to work with a partner to build a robot made from Lego and problem solve to program their robot to move. The students enjoyed the hands-on aspects of the day, especially overcoming the challenges of problem solving to meet the need that their robot was trying to resolve.
