At Groves our vision is to ensure that our students work at all tasks with integrity, a spirit of excellence and a heart to do all things for Christ. This vision permeates our extracurricular activities, our classrooms, and our online presence where skills of diligence, perseverance and celebration of learning are encouraged. Through these activities students lead their peers and learn to share their knowledge base. Our day school Biblical Foundations lessons in Secondary have seen our students running bible studies and teaching students to think critically about the bible and the world we live in.

With integrity we encourage our students to participate in sporting, artistic and academic opportunities to learn and to aim for their personal best.  As a College we are coming to the end of camp season where students from different Phases across Day School and Distance Education have practically learnt skills of diligence, service and perseverance.

With this in mind we celebrate the success of the Primary musical “Happily Forever After” and pray for the Year 12 students heading into their QCS test next week. We encourage them to do their best and be confident in their learning.

Upcoming events:

  • Year 12 QCS Test: 3-4 September
  • Year 5 Camp: 9-11 September
  • Community Conversations: 13 September
  • Primary Learning Journey: 16-17 September
  • Last day of Term 3: 20 September

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. Colossians 3:23-24
