Week 4 Touchdown

Touchdown is on again this coming Friday, August 10.

Last Touchdown was held on Friday 27th July. The students made an apricot and coconut slice. This was a no bake recipe that allowed students to learn about measuring ingredients and how to cut food using a knife. The recipe can be found at the link below.

Touchdown is a program that is run for Groves Distance Education students who have additional needs from Prep – Year 12. It is run on Friday mornings (usually on a fortnightly basis) from 9:30am – 11:30am at Campus 2, located at 12 Velorum Drive, Kingston. There is no registration needed if you are attending, you simply come to Campus 2 on the day and sign in at the hall.

Please ensure that your student wears closed in shoes and brings a water bottle and a small, healthy snack for morning tea.

Week 4 (10 August) – Kites
Week 6 (24 August) – Mosaics
Week 7 (31 August) – Mosaics
