Over the last few weeks, Year Two students have enjoyed integrating concepts from Digital Technologies with their Mathematics activities. Students have been surveying their class for data on various topics to create column and picture graphs. They used interactive ways of gathering data for their posters to represent the frequency of colours found in a box of smarties.
Students also used data from their “Gone Fishing” investigation to create a column graph on computers. They did a fantastic job in developing their computer skills to edit their graphs and adjust the format, size and colour in their presentations.
